You will also need a minimum of 3 letters of recommendation, one of which must be from a physical therapist and you will need to provide the results of a GRE that has been taken in the past 5 years. There is also second requirement that you have a minimum of 50th percentile scores for the Verbal and Quantitative GRE exams, using both current and new (Fall, 2011) scoring systems.
